Are you insured?
Yes, as a licensed contractor, I am required by law to carry insurance for all work performed and ensure that all subcontractors do as well.
Are you able to help me with floor plans for construction?
Yes, I use CAD software to accurately and efficiently draw your plans and can provide 3D renderings of the interior and exterior views once completed.
Do you work with architects and designers?
Yes, I routinely work with some of the area’s best architects and interior designers and am happy to refer you if needed.
Can you build on my lot?
Yes, I can build on your lot, as long as it is open builder.
I don't yet own property to build on. Can you help me?
Yes. I have very good relationships with many area land owners and local realtors. I can help you find the perfect location for your new home.
How much will it cost to build a home per square foot?
I have never built the same thing twice. All projects are unique, and so are the costs. I do provide allowances for finish option items such as cabinets, counter tops, flooring, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, landscaping, and closets. Generally speaking though, you can expect to budget between $175 – $250 per square foot.
Do you build outside of Alachua county?
Not usually, but contact me about your project specifics, and I may make an exception.
Can you build commercial projects?

What is ICF construction?
ICF stands for Insulating Concrete Forms. ICF construction is not only extremely strong, but very energy efficient. You can read more about it here.
